Does Club Penguin Support Really Read the bug reports we send them?

A few days ago, I emailed Club Penguin to report a problem with my new buddy list, which appeared  empty. Today I got a response and I read it over... The response kind of frustrated me. He is the email I sent them.

Hi, my name is Puffguy3 and I have a bug to report. My new and "improved" buddy list is empty now! I tried logging out and logging back in several times and clearing my cache but nothing worked! I had 77 or 78 buddies and now they are no longer on my list! Please, please fix this! All these bugs have made me want to quit playing Club Penguin and I have only been playing for a few months! 


That was the email I sent them. Now here is the email that I got back.

Hello Puffguy3, 

Thanks for writing in to let us know about your friends list. I am sorry to hear that you are having troubles with it. In order to fix this please refresh your web browser, wait 1 minute and then try logging in once more.  This should fix the issue you were experiencing with your friends list. 

If you are still experiencing difficulties you may need to clear your cache. Below I have attached instructions on how to clear your cache: 

1) Open the Wrench menu in the top right corner. 

2) From the Wrench menu select "Options". 

3) From the window that appears select the "Under the Hood" tab. From there, push the "Clear browsing data…" button. 

4) The "Clear browsing data" menu should have "Clear Cache" tab selected as well as the "Obliterate the following items from:" section needs to be set to "The beginning of time" before the "Clear browsing data" button is pressed. 

5) Close the internet window and then re-try logging onto Club Penguin.

Notice that in my email, I said that I cleared my cache. In the email I got back, all there really is is a kind greeting, instructions on how to clear your cache in Chrome Web Browser. What?! But I already said that I know how to clear my cache! This bug has been fixed but if it hadn't, this wouldn't have helped at all. Did they even read my email?
